Gentlemen’s Guidance LLC is a Purpose-Driven Coaching in Phoenix AZ providing life coaching for boys struggling with direction ages 8–17 and men 18+ in Phoenix, Arizona.

We specialize in character development, life skills coaching, mentorship, and leadership training. Our purpose-driven approach helps males build confidence, improve behavior, develop discipline, and gain direction in life. Serving Maricopa County and surrounding areas, we are committed to building strong men who build strong families and communities.

Gentlemen’s Guidance LLC is owned and led by Dr. Cortez D. Sims, whose life’s work centers on helping men discover purpose, direction, and responsibility.

Our Story

Dr. Sims spent over 30 years as a master barber and business owner, where the barber chair became a powerful space for mentorship, counseling, and coaching. Men of all ages shared their struggles, goals, and questions—and transformation often began right there.
